These terms cover use of sw33t.com. Design, branding, and website projects are covered by a separate contract.

Using the site means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If we update them, the date above will change.

SW33T Design & Creative is a graphic design, branding, and custom website studio in Arvada, Colorado, operated by Sarah Jacobs. Thrive Workplace, 5610 Ward Rd. #300, Arvada, CO 80002. (720) 800-7001. https://sw33t.com/project-request/

Prices and timelines on the site are examples, not quotes. A project starts only when scope and price are confirmed in writing and any required deposit is paid. We do not sell hosting and we do not require a monthly service contract.

You confirm that anything you submit through the contact form is accurate and that you have the right to send it.

Site text, layout, and samples belong to SW33T or are used with permission. Do not copy the site or reuse samples as your own brand. Portfolio work is shown with the client’s ownership intact. A portfolio credit is not a license to reuse that client’s logo or site.

Unless a contract says otherwise, you own the final delivered design upon final payment. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask in writing that we not. Unused concepts stay with SW33T. Third-party fonts, stock, and plugins stay under their own licenses.

The site is provided as is. Reading it or sending an inquiry does not make us your designer. To the extent Colorado law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from use of the site. Project liability is set in the project contract.

Colorado law governs. Venue for site disputes is Jefferson County, Colorado.
